Asia Cup 2023, Second match between Sri Lanka & Bangladesh

In second match of the Asia Cup 2023 played between Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. Bangladesh won the toss and choose to bat first. But their decision to bat first goes totally wrong as they all out by the Sri Lankan bowlers on just 164 runs.

Bangladesh, after loosing three early wickets, some how manage to survive and score 59 runs in the third wicket partnership, Najmul Hassan Shanto was exceptional and he scores 89 runs on 122 deliveries. Bangladesh were 162/7 at one time and then just with the addition of 2 runs they lost the rest of their wickets.

Sri Lankan bowlers did a fantastic job today, Matheesha Pathirana grabs four wickets in 7.4 overs after giving 32 runs.

Till now Sri Lanka is the happier side as their bowlers contain the Bangladesh at just 164 runs.
